You don't have to travel to access specialist trauma support.
Bee-lieve Survivors CIC provides secure online counselling for adults and young people aged 16+ across the UK who have been affected by sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape, sexual harassment or other forms of sexual violence.
The impact of sexual violence can be immediate or may emerge many years later. You may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, low mood, relationships, confidence, trust or feeling overwhelmed, or you may simply know that something has changed and you would like support to understand what you are experiencing.
Our experienced and appropriately qualified counsellors provide a confidential, compassionate and trauma-informed space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace.
Online counselling allows you to access support from a place where you feel comfortable, without the need to travel to an appointment.
We support people affected by sexual violence and the wider impact of traumatic experiences.
This may include people experiencing:
You don't need to have a diagnosis to access counselling, and you don't need to know exactly what is wrong before reaching out.

Online counselling can make accessing specialist support easier for people who may find travelling to appointments difficult or who prefer the privacy and flexibility of working from home.Depending on your circumstances, online counselling can offer:

These responses can be understandable adaptations to overwhelming experiences rather than signs of weakness or failure.Trauma-informed counselling can help you develop greater understanding of your responses, explore what you have experienced and work towards developing a greater sense of safety, choice and control.
Counselling provides a confidential space to talk about experiences that may be difficult to share elsewhere. We explain confidentiality and its professional limits clearly before counselling begins, so you understand how your information will be handled. Our counsellors work within appropriate professional, ethical and safeguarding frameworks.Online counselling is not suitable for every situation, and we will discuss whether online support is appropriate for your individual circumstances before counselling begins.
We understand that finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with is an important part of the counselling process.Bee-lieve is developing a service that brings together counsellors with different levels of professional experience and specialism.Depending on availability and suitability, counselling may be provided by:
Different levels of experience may have different fees. This helps us provide a range of options while ensuring that counselling remains professionally supervised, ethically delivered and appropriately matched to each client's needs.Where reduced-cost places or funded counselling opportunities become available, these will be offered subject to availability and eligibility. We will explain the available options and fees before you decide whether to proceed.

You don't have to know exactly what you need before you contact us.
Whether you are dealing with the recent impact of sexual violence or carrying experiences from many years ago, you deserve to be listened to without judgement.
Our aim is to provide a safe, respectful and trauma-informed space where you can begin to understand your experiences and consider what support might be helpful for you.
